Terms of use for commissions

General terms

  • All drawings will include a subtle signature, you may not remove.

  • I might post the process on social media

  • prices are subject to changes based on demand I have the right to reject any order I feel uncomfortable Drawing for any reason

Customer satisfaction

  • If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find the solution together

Process and delivery

  •  I will notify you when I have started your commission.

  • You will a depost, 50% of the total amount.

  • While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure it will be just right for you. 

  • During reviews you will see work in progress that will be smaller then the finished piece. 

  • The duration can vary from 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as: 

  • the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and my schedule. Deadlines will be discussed beforehand

  • If anything happens that will slow the progress I will let you know immediately

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full resolution image

 

Note: there is not physical product, we can arrange to have it printed, you can at this with you demands.

Payment

  • All commissions must be paid in full before receiving the finished product. For big pieces (€100+) I can agree to split the payment.

  • Payment options include PayPal.

Revisions

  • A fee will be added if you want something changes on the final drawing - unless of course a misunderstanding from my side was made

  • If you wish to change something in the drawing you previously been satisfied with, I will charge you a fee to change it

Usage policy

​I the artist claim the right to the produced drawings, therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it everywhere 

  • Publish books with it

  • Display it anywhere

  • Post it anywhere

The buyer is allowed to:

  • - Use the commissioned piece for personal use​

  • - Print the artwork and claim the characters but not the artwork as their own

  • - Use the artwork to promote themselves

  • - Use the artwork in videos

  • - Put the artwork in their products if they give credit

The fallowing is considered copyright infringement

  • Claiming the artwork as you own creation

  • Removing my signature from the artwork

  • Altering the artwork without my consent 

What will you recieve?

  • Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)
     

  • Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
     

  • Insight and involvement in colour plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)
     

  • Full-resolution file (approx. 210 x 297 mm at 300 DPI) of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are usually PNG.
